We're not a typical workroom. We accept Customer's Own Material (COM) of all types—new fabric, remnants, seconds, vintage textiles, and sentimental pieces your clients want honored—and we thoroughly evaluate fabric suitability and feasibility for your intended use before a single cut is made. No cutting fees. No handling fees. Just expert assessment and strategic guidance informed by 20+ years of real-world performance knowledge.  

Itemized quotes show fabrication labor, material costs for anything we source on your behalf, and any special handling charges, so you see exactly what you're paying for.

We inspect all COM—fabric, trims, inserts, and foam—evaluating whether each material is appropriate for your intended use before anything is cut. If we find flaws or shipping damage, you get photos and documentation immediately. If yardage is short or on the borderline of what is needed, we tell you before fabrication begins—and discuss options before marking or cutting. We specialize in the fabric types that other workrooms often won't accept: remnants, seconds, vintage textiles, and limited-yardage situations where intentional design and creative layout extend what you have.

We understand what fabrics work where and why—not just aesthetically, but through technical performance features like stain-resistance, moisture-resistance, fade-resistance, and high double rub counts that determine how fabrics actually hold up in your clients' homes.
