We understand schedules change. Please provide 24-hour notice for rescheduling whenever possible to help us serve other clients effectively.

Consultation time is billed at our standard hourly rate, with the exception of Discovery Meetings or Personal Shopping at Martin's Mercantile which are provided free for the initial 30 minutes.

Extended consultation time is available at our standard hourly rate if your Discovery Meeting or Personal Shopping evolves into comprehensive fabric sourcing and/or project planning. We'll always check in before continuing beyond the initial 30 minutes—no surprises.
